Eco-Pôle Hazardous Waste Recycling

The hazardous waste arriving at the Eco-Pôle (transit and collection centre) comes from local waste collection points, the perfume industry, construction and public works companies, garages and vehicle repair workshops, our Eco-Relais points via authorised collection schemes, or directly to the Eco-Pôle.

Hazardous waste is collected by drivers who have undergone ADR training, which is mandatory for the transport of hazardous materials. Our lorries are designed and equipped to prevent any leakage of potentially polluting substances.

All waste arriving at the Eco-Pôle is weighed and identified before storage. It is then sorted by category to be safely packaged before transport to a specific recovery facility.
